How to reschedule to an earlier flight?

The option to reschedule to an earlier flight is available under the tab "Manage flight". Check out the step-by-step instructions and see how easy it is to reschedule using the website:

    Log into the "My Reservations" section.

    Access “Upcoming trips” and click on “Manage flight”.

    Click on "Anticipate flight" and you're done.

Read the rules carefully and understand everything you need to know to anticipate your flight.

Rules of use
  • Valid for rebooking within 6 hours of original flight to a new flight also within 6 hours. For MAX or Premium fares, or for Diamond members, the change can be made to any same-day flight, as long as it is requested on the same day as the originally contracted flight.
  • This process can be done on the day of the flight through the website, tablet, app, totem, service desk or Conte Comigo desk. It is also possible to request an anticipation through the Call Center.
  • Diamond Smiles customers and companions on the same reservation/locator have the special advantage of being able to anticipate the flight to any time on the day of travel, as long as the anticipation is made at least 1 hour before the original flight time. Simply enter your Smiles number.
  • You cannot anticipate reservations for codeshare/Interline flights.
  • Customers flying on the Promo fare can't anticipate their flight. So be careful when choosing your fare.
  • Flight anticipation is subject to seat and flight availability.
  • Flights with a connection can only be anticipated at the origin, before the boarding time of the first leg of the flight, as long as they are operated by GOL.
  • Limited to one change per ticket. If other changes are requested for the same booking, fees and fare differences will apply.
  • The itinerary cannot be changed. For example, changing a flight from SSA-CGH to SSA-GRU. Any rebooking request must be made through the GOL Sales Center (0300.115.2121). The change request must comply with fare rules and is subject to availability.
  • Limited to 1 (one) anticipation or postponement per locator according to the fare purchased (check the chart above for details). If the customer requests a second or more change for the same booking, fees and fare differences, if applicable, will be charged.
